 What is a Giclee |
Giclee – Limited editions (usually 125) State of the art reproduction of the artist’s original work. Giclee is a method of reproduction where the original artwork is digitally captured or scanned to a computer then color corrected and sent to a printer. The image is then printed on either canvas or paper creating an amazing lifelike to the original. Each Giclee is then personally examined and signed and numbered by Bob Dorman for authenticity. Limited Edition Prints (Usually 975) are reproduced from the original oil paintings by the artist Robert Dorman. Each edition is limited to a small number of signed and numbered prints. (For example: 35/975 - 35 represents the print number and 975 is the number of prints in the edition) All prints are personally examined and signed by the artist to ensure your print is of the highest quality and are 100% guaranteed by the artist.
